๐Ÿ’ง DitchRider
For irrigation districts & water companies

Modern software for the people who actually run the water.

Water orders, head-gate assignments, accounting, and ditchrider logs โ€” in one place, on any device. Built for irrigation districts that are tired of spreadsheets, paper run sheets, and software written in 2003.

Currently in early access with select districts in Colorado. Onboarding new districts monthly.
What it does

Three things, done properly.

๐Ÿ›Ž๏ธ

Water orders & head-gates

Producers place orders from any phone. Ditchriders see a live run-sheet, mark deliveries, and log gate readings. The board sees real-time delivery status and dispute history.

๐Ÿ“’

Assessments & billing

Annual assessments, per-share billing, late fees, payment plans, and 1099-ready exports. Replaces QuickBooks-plus-Excel duct tape that most districts run today.

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ

Shareholder records

Every share, every transfer, every easement and right-of-way โ€” searchable, with audit history. Survives the secretary retiring.

Who built it

Built by ranchers, with ditchriders.

DitchRider is built by a Colorado rancher and 30-year database developer who got tired of paper run-sheets and Y2K-era software. Every feature comes from real ditchrider walk-alongs and board-meeting interviews.

We're not a venture-funded startup chasing the next vertical. We're building the tool we needed on our own ditch.

"If your software treats a water order like an email, you've already lost. A water order is a delivery commitment with a head-gate, a flow rate, a duration, and a person standing at the gate."
